Lady Gaga’s meat dress which she wore at award function two years before and now that was sent for exhibition to U.S capital.
It is opened at the National Museum of Women in the Arts on Friday and after this it will be shown in other countries. Many people are fond to see that, and other objects of many celebrities will also be shown.
Curator Meredith Rutledge-Borger stated that women who have passion and confident is highlighted as “first ladies of rock”. That woman is really appreciable of her work and the rights about women and other issues by her music.
Other item includes Donna Summer, Stevie Nicks, Cyndi Lauper and Madonna’s provocative outfit from her “Blonde Ambition” tour.
Rutledge said they wanted to make clear that it was not just a fashion show but only aim was to show the artists.
Gaga’s meat dress is preserved by applying many chemicals so that it looks fresh with its original color because it has to go for the next exhibitions also.
When Lady Gaga wore this dress she was followed by the policy of “don’t ask don’t tell” by U.S soldiers to protest against gays. She said that people are having many rights that they do not stand up for that and with the passing time we must to think for it. Gaga said that these rights are like meat on our bones and she is not a piece of meat.
If anyone concentrate on Gaga’s saying it shows that there is a message that why she is so powerful.
